Since 2004 Managing Matters has grown to consist of 29 team members and a strong internship program. We believe in keeping our team members motivated and fulfilled and our ever-expanding environment also allows for opportunities for our employees to take on increased responsibilities within the company as we grow. We believe in appreciating our staff and all the wonderful work they do for us. We celebrate their positive attitudes and sense of community spirit. Internships at Managing Matters

Managing Matters offers internship programs that are hands-on, educational and informative to ensure that our interns gain meaningful experiences that will contribute to their professional growth. Interns will gain valuable work experience, knowledge and on-the-job training in the association and event management field. At the end of our internships, our interns have relevant experiences. Our internship positions are flexible with your schedule. They typically require a 2-3 day per week commitment, for at least a 6 week period, to ensure that you gain meaningful experiences that will contribute to your professional growth.
